We accept returns on all unused gear, including helmets and pads, within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to ensure safety standards are maintained.

Yes, we ship our roller derby gear worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your skates and your specific location.
Can I customize my skate setup before shipping?
Absolutely. We offer 'Custom Build' options where you can select specific plates, wheels, and bearings. If you need a specific configuration not listed, please contact our support team before placing your order.
How long does it take for my order to process?
Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom-mounted skates may require an additional 3-5 business days for professional assembly by our technicians.
Are the wheels included suitable for indoor or outdoor tracks?
Most of our skates come with standard indoor hybrid wheels. However, we provide detailed hardness ratings (Durometer) in the product descriptions to help you choose the right grip for your specific skating surface.
