At Roller Derby, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for the rink, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused equipment. If your skates don't fit or your gear isn't quite right, we are here to help you get back on eight wheels as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products show no signs of outdoor use or rink wear.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your gear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
